Refund policy

7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition without signs of misuse or damage.
  • Include the original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items received with the order.
  • Be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage after delivery.
  • Watches showing signs of wear, scratches, alterations, or modifications.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Products purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions, unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos of the issue for prompt assistance.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the inspection is completed.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs may be covered by Elite Wrist.
  • For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it will fall under the standard return policy.
